Happy Birthday B-Spice!

Bethany, aka B-Spice or simply B, turned the big 2-2 on October 13th. Christa reckoned it was a special birthday because she was “evenly divisible by 11.” To celebrate the occasion, Julia, Christa, and I cooked our 4th amiga a special Mexican birthday dinner – fajitas, guacamole with chips, and sangria. The food turned out great! After the main course, the party moved upstairs to my room where we presented B-Spice with a birthday cake, serenaded her with the birthday song, and give her the best birthday gift ever: 4 bottles of Diet Coke in two of her most beloved flavors, Regular and Raspberry. It was definitely a down-home birthday celebration.
